I am fluent both in Tagalog and English, written, spoken and conversational, and reading. I graduated way back 1978 in Philippine Normal College, Manila Philippine. I would love to tutor anybody who wants to lean Filipino languages especially Filipino American kids., besides those subjects that I have teach for 26 years.
